Scott Webster

From a young age, Scott had a keen interest in the performing arts so it was only natural for him to take his career in this direction from higher education and performing on stage, to opening Dance @ Nikki Webster.

Scott has a well-rounded background in teaching and performing arts. Through his other company, Procreate Productions Pty Ltd, Scott has developed contracts and become AASC accredited with the Australian Sports Commission, helping to both recognise dance as a sport and teach dance, acrobatics and musical theatre in centres and schools around Australia.

Scott moved to Perth to acquire his BA in Music Theatre at the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2005. He also holds Certificates in managing behaviour for children between the ages of 5-12, behavioural management, workplace behaviour, first aid, OH&S as well as accreditation by the Australian Sports Commission. Scott is thrilled to be able to offer his skills, experience and expertise at the Dance @ Nikki Webster studios.

Scott has performed in highly acclaimed musicals and operas with Opera Australia and Gordon Frost including Les Miserables, Witches of Eastwick, Little Shop of Horrors, The Secret Garden, Chess and La Boheme to name just a few.

Working behind the scenes as the event coordinator for the Brewhaha Inner West Youth Week Festival and Strathfield Carols by Candlelight, and producer of the Western Australian production of Three to Tango, Scott has gained a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the performing arts industry.

In 2008 Scott focused his full attention on building and opening Dance @ Nikki Webster which has quickly become Australia’s Premier performing arts studio.

In 2010 Nikki and Scott launched a Talent Agency for kids Talent @ Nikki Webster. A cutting-edge talent and modelling agency for kids offering entertainment representation to a select number of performers aged 17 years and younger. Scott has worked with clients who have starred in the likes of Annie, Young Talent Time and Mary Poppins. The agency has also represented clients such as Alana Mansour who stars in Steven Speilberg’s Terra Nova and Naomi Sequira who is a Disney Channel host and budding pop star.

2012 saw the expansion of Dance @ Nikki Webster as they opened a new dance studio in Erina on the Central Coast.
